The transcript comprises the results of a biennial conference between vocational education researchers and representatives of vocational schools who collaborate within the framework of the consortium of industrial and technical economies (Gewerblich-Technische Wissenschaften - GTW) and the related didactics. The transcript takes stock of numerous publications of the past years and provides technical papers with suggestions and research projects with the purpose to improve the quality of vocational education. In order to do so, the transcript focuses on five central fields.
