From Teas and Juices to delicious Smoothies

Asparagus-Coconut-Smoothie

Serves: 5

Ingredients:

500 g asparagus

4 tbsp. wakame seaweed

4 tomatoes, peeled

500 ml coconut water

1 liter coconut milk

A pinch of Himalayan salt

4 tablespoons pumpkin seeds

Instructions:

Place wakame seaweed in warm water for 5 minutes.

Clean asparagus and place it in boiling water

Once it softens, allow it to cool over the counter.

Chop the tomatoes into small pieces and place them in a blender.

Add the asparagus and wakame.

Blend and place in a bowl.

Season with Himalaya salt and pepper.

Add in the coconut water, salt and coconut milk and give it a good mix.

Heat the pumpkin seeds in a pan. Allow them to cool. Chop them roughly to sprinkle over the smoothie.

Smoothie Pomegranate Style

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

500 g pomegranate seeds

A handful of mint leaves

500 ml coconut water

200 g coconut cream

2 teaspoon Himalayan salt

A handful of Ice cubes

Instructions:

Place 200 g of the pomegranate seeds in boiling water for 2 minutes and switch off the heat.

Place the ice cubes, mint leaves, coconut cream and the rest of the pomegranate seeds in the blender and blend until completely smooth.

Strain the pomegranate water and mix it with the coconut water.

Combine the mixtures and pour into a tall glass.

Sprinkle some of the salt on top and serve.

Coconut Smoothie with Spinach and Banana

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

4 tbsp. dry Wakame seaweed

450 g spinach

400 g cabbage

200 g coconut flesh

200 g coconut cream

1 liter coconut water

2 tablespoon Omega 3 Oil

A few banana slices to taste

A handful of Ice cubes

1 tsp. Cinnamon

Instructions:

Thoroughly cleanse the Wakame leaves and place in warm water to soften.

Clean the cabbage and spinach leaves and place in cold water containing ice cubes.
