Whole Almonds Bake

Ingredients:

1 egg white

1 tsp cold water

540 g whole almonds

100 g white sugar

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Directions:

Set your oven to 250°F/120°C.

Get a bowl, stir: water and egg white. Work the mix until it is fluffy then stir in the nuts.

Now combine in the cinnamon, salt, and sugar.

Work the mix evenly.

Layer your mix on the dish and cook everything in the oven for 60 mins.

Place your almonds in a storage dish.

Enjoy.

Good Ol’ Almond Cake

Ingredients:

100 g fresh raspberries

3 tbsps brown sugar

110 g all-purpose flour

80 g white sugar

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp baking soda

1/8 tsp salt

120 g sour cream

2 tbsps butter, melted

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 egg

30 g sliced almonds

40 g sifted confectioners' sugar/powdered sugar

1 tsp milk

1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

Coat a cake pan with cooking spray then set your oven to 350°F/180°C.

Get a bowl, mix: brown sugar and raspberries.

Get a second bowl, combine: salt, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and sugar.

Get third bowl, combine: egg, sour cream, 1 tsp vanilla, and butter.

Combine bowls 2 and 3 evenly then top the mix with the sugared berries.

Now top the berries with the almonds.

Place everything into the cake pan and cook it all in the oven for 45 mins.

Get a fourth bowl and mix 1/4 tsp vanilla, confectioners, and milk.

Top your cake with the mix.

Enjoy.

Almond Muffins

Ingredients:

260 g all-purpose flour

100 g white sugar

45 g. stevia

2 1/2 tsps baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

120 g sour cream

100 g butter, melted

2 eggs

1/2 tsp almond extract

75 g flaked coconut

90 g semisweet chocolate chips

75 g sliced almonds

Directions:

Coat a muffin tin with oil then set your oven to 375°F/190°C.
