Opis

This little book is about my small ginger cat Titus.

His life was orderly and peaceful until the day when someone *New* appeared in the house. The little "intruder" immediately disrupted Titus's daily routine, creating confusion and uncertainty. How will our ginger friend cope with this surprise? Will he be able to accept his new companion, or will he fight for his place? These stories, filled with warmth and humor, take you and your little one on a journey through the changes that sometimes come unexpectedly. Together with Titus, you will discover that "New" can be the beginning of something special. Are you ready to see how big a heart this ginger cat has?

My name is Daniel, and this is the history of my little cat and newly born daughter.

INTRODUCTION

When my daughter Marysia was born, from the first second when I looked into her tearful face, screaming "I want to go back to mommy's tummy," I knew she would take over my whole world. And that's exactly what happened. A toddler makes my heart melt. This sparked the need to play and create various adventures to share and experience with Marysia. Adventures whose inseparable hero had to be our red-haired 10-year-old cat, Titus. As soon as I noticed how interested he was in our daughter, I immediately thought I should write down all the ideas for their adventures. And so, thanks to a twist of fate, I present to you their story: a dozen or so fairy tales and stories, written in a short, concise, and funny (at least funny to me) style, for you to read to your little ones. Together, dive into the world of Titus the Ginger Cat and, at the same time, teach your little ones a few useful things. Because Titus entertains and teaches. - 4 - - 5 -

First Adventure

One sunny morning, in a small house on the edge of town, lived a cheerful cat named Titus. Titus was a fluffy ginger kitten with white paws and a great appetite for adventure. His owners, Ania and Daniel, went to work, leaving Titus alone at home. But he didn't worry about it because he knew the house was a real playground for a little explorer! As soon as the door closed behind his owners, Titus lazily stretched, and then he began his great adventure! First, he noticed something strange on the floor in the living room. It was his own tail! "What is this strange creature chasing me?" thought Titus and set off in pursuit. He spun in circles, jumped, and fell over, but the tail was always faster! Finally, Titus tiredly collapsed onto the carpet, and the tail calmly settled down next to him. "Hmm, I guess it's my tail," said the wise kitten and decided to find a new challenge. - 6 - Then Titus noticed a flower pot on the windowsill. The flower was gently swaying in the wind, and Titus thought it must be some mysterious enemy! He prepared to attack! He jumped onto the windowsill, but the flower merely swayed. Titus waved his paw, and the flower moved again. "This is a fight to the end!" - thought Titus, and he began jumping around the pot, hitting the leaves with his paws. Finally, the tired flower fell, and Titus declared himself the winner. "I am the bravest cat in the world!" - he cried proudly. But Titus's adventures were not over yet! In the kitchen, he noticed something new - a paper towel lying on the counter. "Oh, this must be a monster!" - thought Titus and went to attack. He grabbed the towel with his paw and started pulling it. It unrolled into a long ribbon, and Titus ran around the house, wrapping himself in it like a cocoon. Finally, he stumbled and fell onto a soft pillow, surrounded by white "snow." "I guess I'm not ready to fight monsters after all," Titus sighed but smiled under his mustache. - 7 - After a whole day of crazy adventures, Titus tiredly lay down on his favorite armchair. When Ania and Daniel returned home, they found him asleep, surrounded by scattered toys, pieces of paper, and a slightly ruffled flower. "What happened here?" they asked with laughter. Titus opened one eye and purred: "It was a day full of adventures, but now it's time for a nap." And so ends the story of the brave cat Titus, who proved that even at home, you can have amazing adventures!

The End

New Arrival

Little Marysia, a newborn daughter, joined the family. Everyone was delighted, but Titus, a ginger tomcat, wasn't quite sure what to think. Anew little person had appeared in the house, making strange sounds and demanding a lot of attention from his beloved owners. For the first few days, Titus observed Marysia from a distance. She lay in her little bed, wrapped in a blanket, as Ania and Daniel constantly cared for her. "What is this creature?" Titus wondered. "Why does everyone admire it so much?" One afternoon, when Ania went to the kitchen to make tea and Daniel was resting on the couch, Titus decided to approach the bed. He carefully walked over on his soft paws and, stretching his body, looked inside. Marysia lay there, smiling in her sleep, her little hands moving as if they were catching something in the air. Titus leaned closer, and then Marysia opened her eyes. Two blue eyes stared straight at him. Titus froze. - 10 - "Oh no, she sees me!" he thought. But instead of crying, Marysia smiled widely and stretched out her hand toward him. Titus didn't know what to do. He gently put out his paw and softly touched her small hand. Marysia laughed quietly, and Titus felt a strange warmth in his heart. "Maybe this creature isn't so scary?" he thought.
