Sportstadien als Stätten beruflicher Bildung ebook

Arena4You is an occupational orientation project introducing the many different professions behind the scenes at large sports arenas. Adolescents explore the various types of work required in the background of major sports events on "Stadium Day" of the experimental planning game "SIM" and at the Arena4You event. Material is prepared for schools and stadia in module form for the implementation of this original occupation exploration, with which measures can be prepared and reviewed. In the pilot phase, the project was supported by the BMBF and BIBB among other bodies, and was academically supervised by the universities of Paderborn and Tübingen. The authors now draw the first conclusions by presenting the findings of their accompanying scientific study and the didactic concept of Arena4Tou.
