The Ice People 1 - Spellbound audiobook

Haunted by a curse that twists one in every generation toward the cruel spirit of Tengel the Evil, the Ice People fight for love, power, and survival in this sweeping saga of mystical forces and the eternal struggle between good and evil.

Winter, Norway, 1581. A plague has swept through Trondheim, leaving sixteen-year-old Silje orphaned and destitute. With nothing but two abandoned infants in her care, she wanders the corpse-strewn streets in search of warmth and mercy.

Beyond the city gates, the funeral pyres blaze—but in the forest shadows she meets something far stranger: a man of the cursed Ice People, feared as a wolf-like demon. Terrifying yet magnetic, he offers her aid. Against all reason, Silje feels herself drawn to him. But what is the true nature of this dark enchantment—and where will it lead?
