People need to eat fast, need to eat unhealthy foods and sometimes they need to eat while standing up or even when walking (running sometimes). In order to make the next appointment with a client, or to abide by the rules of the company they work at.

Add to the above the lack of physical exercise, the lack of sleep (not only in reference to hours, but also in reference to good quality), the bad habit of skipping breakfast and the constant need of controlling our nerves before saying or doing things that we will later regret. The conclusion becomes a direct and unavoidable road to health deterioration and eventually paying large amounts of money to doctors and nutritionists.

While it may not be possible to change our jobs if we are employees (of any level), or the way we do business if we are working freelance (this is a matter of character and our perception of success), or even make the time to do some physical exercise. It is very much possible to adjust our dietary habits drastically and help our own body cope with the rhythm adversity in much better terms.
