Five servings of fruits and vegetables per day as well as regular consumption of pods provide the body with sufficient antioxidants such as vitamin C, vitamin E, beta-carotene and selenium.

Basic recipe for a vegetable soup (nutritious) 2 cups / 500g. (yes)

Cooking instructions:

Boil the vegetable broth with small spring onion, olive oil, grated lemon peel and bay leaf. Boil covered for 10 minutes. Add the peeled, diced potatoes and boil in about 8 minutes. Add fish pieces and white wine and switch to small heat. In the slightly boiling broth put the fish and boil it a few minutes. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Serve with parsley sprinkled.

White bread as a side dish.
