Vanilla Cream Cheese Cheesecake Fat Bombs

1 cup of Heavy Cream

2 ounces of Erythritol

2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

9 ounces of Cream Cheese softened


1. Mix together the cream cheese, Erythritol and vanilla using a hand mixer on low speed in a mixing bowl for 2 minutes, stopping to scrape the sides of the bowl with a spatula until smooth.

2. Pour in 1/2 Heavy Cream and stir for extra two minutes. Let sit for 3-5 minutes in the bowl. (This will make the erythritol dissolve completely).
