INTRODUCTION

Being on a Keto diet may seem so boring and almost impossible to a lot of people, especially when you don’t have a wide collection of recipes to take you throughout your keto journey.

A major reason your body continuously accumulates that extra fat is because your mind has been taught to restrict dietary fat, so you consume more carbohydrates. But with new discovery with medical science, we now understand that it is more helpful for us to eat less carbs and eat more healthy fats. Our body runs more effectively being a fat burner that a sugar burner.

KETO BREAKFAST BREAD

Prep time: 15 mins 

Cook Tim: 40 Mins   

Servings: 16 Slices

INGREDIENTS

1/2 tsp of xanthan gum

1/2 tsp of salt

2 tbsp of Coconut Oil

1/2 cup of Butter melted

1 tsp of baking powder

2 Cup of Almond Flour

7 50g Eggs (1.7 oz)

DIRECTIONS

1. Warm up oven to 355 F

2. Beat eggs in a bowl on high for 2 mins.

3. Add melted butter and coconut oil to eggs, continue beating.

4. In a loaf pan lined with baking paper, pour the beaten eggs.

5. Pour in the rest ingredients and mix until it becomes thick.

6. Bake in the oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until a toothpick you stuck into the center comes out dry.

Calories: 234g 

Carbs:  1g 

Protein: 7g 

Fats:  23g

LOW CARB CHAI SEED BREAD

Prep time: 10 mins 

Cook Time:  40 mins

Servings: 16 slice 

INGREDIENTS

1/2 tsp of Xanthium gum

1/2 Cup of Butter

2 tbsp of Coconut Oil

1 tbsp of baking powder

3 tbsp of sesame Seeds

2 tbsp of Chia Seeds

1/2 tsp of Salt

1/4 Cup of Sunflower Seeds

2 Cups of Almond Flour

7 Eggs

DIRECTIONS

1. Warm up the oven to 350 Degrees.

2. Beat eggs in a bowl on high for 1 mins or 2 mins.

3. Beat in the Xanthum gum and combine coconut oil and melted butter into eggs, beating continuously.
