In today’s get-rich-quick world, and its associated vanities and beliefs, paired with the perpetual rat race to acquire wealth, nothing appears to be more lucrative and attractive than real estate. These two seemingly unassuming words signify arguably one of the world’s most booming industries.

The apparently simple act of buying a parcel of land or housing, holding onto to it and selling it as it is; or after carrying out some renovation, generates a lot of margin over the investment.
