2 pounds top round roast
4 cloves minced garlic
16 oz tomato sauce (2 8oz cans)
1 large chopped onion
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
½ teaspoon garlic salt
1 ½ teaspoon chili powder
Place all the ingredients in a gallon sized freezer bag.
Store it in the refrigerator and let it freeze as flat as possible.
Melt the ingredients the night before the day of cooking.
Pour all the ingredients into a slow cooker.
Cook on low heat for six hours.
