The way to lose weight with cereal is one of the ways that effectively for women. Nobody know that this way can be harmful for you if used incorrectly. According to experts, Whole grains are good for health, because cellulose in cereals can inhibit cholesterol absorption, reduce blood fat, stimulate intestinal irritation, prevent constipation. The results of a survey on nutrition and health of US researchers show that women who eat breakfast cereal tend to gain less weight than those who choose to eat other foods or do not eat breakfast. However, low-fat grains are unprocessed whole grains.

Preserved cereals contain high levels of fat, salt and sugar. A high-fat cereal bowl can make it forget the metabolism and get you into the body to 2,500 kilo calories (kcal) and 30 grams of fat.

When applying weight loss to cereal, you should also note the nutrient composition of nuts and dosage, duration of use. There are some types of cereals that can cause abdominal distension, if eating too much will cause harm to the digestive system, causing discomfort to the user.
